Write messages

Review every draft. The best first email is short, specific, and easy to answer.

SARAL can draft. You still send your voice. Edit before launch. The edited copy is what goes out.

Review every draft

Open the draft list, then edit each person before launch. Two people should never get the same email.

What the generator is doing

It reads the person, the search, and your company, then writes a draft for that row. Two people should never get the same email. If they do, you skipped the review.

Generating drafts costs 1 credit per person. The generate dialog shows the estimate before you confirm. See Credits.

A first email that gets a reply

Keep it under half a screen.

  • Why them: one line from their work, not I came across your profile
  • Why you: the role, in human words
  • A small ask: open to a 15-minute call next week beats a job spec dump

Example you can steal and rewrite:

Subject: Your checkout work at <company> x a backend seat in Surat

Hi Priya, your last role looked like you owned payments APIs, not just tickets.
We're hiring a backend engineer in Surat for a SaaS checkout team (2-4 years).

Open to a short call next week if that's close to what you want next?

That is specific. It can be wrong, and if it is, you fix the line instead of sending a template.

  • Name a real project, title, or city
  • Write like a person who has 20 more emails to send today
  • Leave an easy no
  • Keep the unsubscribe footer (it is added for you)

Follow-ups

Step 2 should add one new fact or a lighter ask, not just bumping this. Step 3 is a door-close. After that, stop.

If they reply, later steps cancel on their own. Continue the thread from the inbox.

Connect your mailbox before you launch email. Sending from a connected inbox is how replies find their way back.
