ATS jobs
Connect Zoho Recruit, search from an open job, and send shortlisted people back.
If the req already lives in your ATS, do not retype it. Connect once. Open jobs show up in SARAL. You choose which ones to source.
Today, self-serve ATS sync is Zoho Recruit. Connecting a job does not spend credits. Credits start when you run a search, same as a typed query.

Connect Zoho Recruit
Go to Integrations and connect Zoho Recruit. Details live on Integrations.
Wait for open jobs
SARAL pulls open postings on a schedule. Newly synced jobs appear under Synced Jobs. Nothing is searched automatically.
Search from a job
Open the job and choose Search Candidates. SARAL uses the title and description as the query, then you review filters like any other search.
Send people back
From Shortlists, select people and Send to ATS. Pick the synced job. SARAL creates or updates the candidate on that job.
They need an unlocked email. Anyone without one is skipped and listed, so a blank record never lands in Zoho.

SARAL syncs open jobs, not your employee directory. A who already works here roster is a different system, and it is not part of this connection.
