Star the people you would take a first call with, per search, then across Shortlists.
A shortlist is your taste, written down. It is the difference between 100 results and the eight you would actually call.
Inside a search
Each person has a shortlist star on the results row and on the profile. It is per search. Someone can be shortlisted on the Bengaluru backend search and not on the Pune analyst search.
Filter the results to shortlisted when you want a working set.

The Shortlists page
Shortlists in the sidebar gathers people you have starred. Filter by role, location, score, date, or the search they came from when the list gets long.

Shortlisting does not unlock contact details and does not send email. It is a bookmark with a point of view.
